I really appreciate what NA-KD stands for. I was excited to find a company that had ethical, sustainable yet still affordable options!

After filling my cart and heading to checkout, I realized that there was no shipping option for Canada. Curious as to why, I inquired on their FAQ page. I was able to find my question there, with an answer taht said "contact customer service for more information". Curious, I did! Customer service was quick to get back to me. Marie explained as follows:

"We strive to be as sustainable a company as possible, therefore we have taken the difficult decision to close down your country from the website. This is due to the high environmental impact of shipping between Sweden and Canada. We try to avoid shipping by air, and unfortunately that is not possible in this case."

Although I was disappointed that I could not place an order, I was thrilled to see a company considering sustainability over sales and "customer satisfaction". Thank you for helping care for our planet!

Probably one of the best customer service I have received in a long time! Charmaine was really so helpful after I realised my package didn’t have all the products I’d ordered. She listened, was swift to act, investigated the issue thoroughly and kept me updated all the time. This was also my first time ordering from Na-kd and what kicked off with a disappointing start ended up rather well because of Charmaine’s professionalism & help! I will not order through na-kd as long as they use DHL. I still don't have any of the packages that I ordered and I'm currently spending hours trying to get in touch with DHL and figuring out how to get what I ordered (they are not making it easy!). I'm tired and angry and I'm about to give up.
